At launch, website checkout is available for Jhelum City. Delivery is Rs 150 on orders below Rs 5,000 and FREE on orders of Rs 5,000 or more. For an address outside Jhelum City, use Help to ask whether delivery is available before ordering.
Cash on Delivery is available. Card / online payment is connected to Safepay Sandbox for testing; sandbox transactions are not real payments. Live card payments will only be enabled after Safepay production approval. Never send card details, PINs or OTP codes through the Help chat.
The product prices displayed on the website are used when you place the order. MeraMaxi does not negotiate the price through WhatsApp. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, MeraMaxi will contact you and will not replace it with another product without your approval.
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is wrong, damaged, leaking, expired or otherwise defective, contact MeraMaxi Help promptly with the order number and, where useful, a photo. Resolution may include replacement or refund after verification. Opened or used grocery/personal-care products cannot normally be returned for change of mind where hygiene or product safety is affected.
You may contact MeraMaxi Help to request cancellation before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. MeraMaxi may cancel an order if stock, address, pricing or delivery circumstances prevent fulfilment and will tell you as soon as reasonably possible.
MeraMaxi uses the name, email address, phone number, address, order details and messages you provide to process orders, send order-status emails, provide support and arrange delivery. This website stores the cart and last-order information locally in your browser. Help conversations opened through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own service and privacy terms. MeraMaxi does not ask for payment PINs or OTP codes.
Website information is provided for shopping convenience. Product packaging may change, and brand names belong to their respective owners. By placing an order, you confirm that your contact and delivery information is accurate and that you accept the product prices shown in checkout. If a clear technical or catalogue error makes an order impossible to fulfil, MeraMaxi will contact you and may cancel the affected item or order rather than charge a different price without your agreement.
